With proper brains and loads of hard work, yes you can!
People are right, you can sell your skills but even selling requires some capital. If you start without capital eventually someday you will feel that your lack of money is the roadblock and you might end up quitting.
So, I'd suggest sticking with anything that fuels your passion. If you think money is your problem then make it your motivation. Start with something that makes you money so you stay motivated to make more. This approach will help you: 1) gather capital 2) make money 3) know your potential and how far you can go 3) what particular niche/market you can tap into and perform well.
Why sell? Just get a good resource on board who has the knack for business on a minimal salary and profit sharing basis. Let this resource run the business for you. Continue to invest your 2 hours on that resource.
You could hang onto the idea of slow living.
Create content around serenity. Approaching any influencer who lives at least 1-2 hrs away and invite them over. Give them good hospitality and ask them to emphasis on the culture/vibe that you offer at your farm.
If there is any vegetable plantation, go for a foodblogger or recipe developer who travels too. That'd come and cook something at your farm, create slow, moody reels and post.
You can use that content to run ads and get published in local magazines etc for more coverage.
Dont sell your farm, sell the old-age, wholesome vibe that it offers.
Great idea. Your execution of the website structure should be simplified though. Here's the breakdown I'd prefer:
First fold: Hero Copy (the solution your business offers) with an intro of your service in 1-2 lines
Second fold: Who you are?
Third fold: who do you benefit?
Fourth fold: How it works?
Fifth fold: case studies/testimonials
sixth fold: Join us or register your interest with a form that asks for name, number, and email.
And you need very good website design and functionality - it will legitimize your idea and show that you know your shit. I'd suggest you pick a simple template from wordpress/squarespace or any website builder and work on it. For starters, write good content, and use keywords that people search actively in your content so that when somebody does a Google search your website pops up.
