Who walked up to whom? That leads me to a jawing Eagle fan instigating. Familiarity with such Eagles fans supports this too.

I still don’t see player making physical contact for fact. Not in this view.

There is no way you can honestly believe that heckling at a sports game is considered instigating an altercation. We'd have to shut down every sports game ever.
