That was good D but Mitchell got a clean look, he just missed. It’s so hard to guard these elite guards

Mitchell also went 4/18. Max did a good job all game.

Max still got a contest up on the actual shot, it wasn't like Mitchell shook him free and had a wide open look at it. That was definitely a contested J.

Eh, contests don't really matter in the NBA much unless the defender is like Giannis level big. Just keeping guys in front and forcing an off balance jumper is really the key over hands being up.

How is this a clean look? Christie is right there contesting it, nearly slapped his wrist too lol. He back rimmed it which means he put a little too much on it, probably because he was trying to get it off quick.
