Hey, I am starting a site similar to yours. Connecting developers with companies. Have any tips on how you got the developers and companies on your site?

Most of the companies I work with came through my network. I am in this industry for a long time.

I don't have any big advice yet, you should have experience with hiring, interviewing, and working with developers before starting
