What's going on with the Pistons? (alien.top)

Pistons had 4 years of tanking and still bottom of the East. They are 2-15 this season on a 14 game losing run and haven't even reach double wins in 2023 with one month left in the calender. They might not even win 10 games this season. What can the Pistons do to get out of this rut?

exactly this is what can happen when you just draft the best player available every year instead of drafting for fit

To be fair they drafted Hayes before Cade plus Duren and Ausar are not bad picks. If they needed shooting they could've traded down and grabbed Hawkins or Dick though I remember pre-draft everyone was super high on Hendricks being a good stretch 4. Or they should've shipped Hayes after they drafted Cade.
