I feel like Jokic, Giannas, and Luka have destroyed stats for me. Getting 36/16/9 is something I don't even bat and eye at, I just go oh, they had a good game. NOT EVEN A GREAT GAME. Just a good game lmao. I remember a time that wasn't too long ago, I'm talking like 2015 where 25/6/6 was a pretty insane stat that people were like damn. I really feel like stats stopped becoming so shocking when Harden and Russ were just getting 30 point triple doubles every night and Russ legit averaged a triple double for like 3 seasons or whatever. Before that nobody had averaged a triple double since Oscar Robertson in 1961!

Does anyone else feel this way? I don't even know what is good anymore honestly or when I should be impressed.

The regular season is basically the all-star game every day. I get it, no one wants to watch the 03-04 Pistons vs Pacers without the fighting. But there has to be a balance.

NBA defense has been neutered and backburnered worse than the NFL's and that's saying something. Imagine the NFL allowing forward laterals as long as it wasn't 1000% overly egregious or allowing the QB to throw a yard or three past the LOS or eliminated QB fumbles by declaring them dead balls. That's basically what the NBA has become.
