I would guess the the vast majority of Americans don’t even know that the Euroleague exists and that includes sports fans.

I know it exists, but I couldn’t name any team outside of the clubs associated with major Club Football teams.

Euroleagues Q rating is basically negative, slightly above Cricket. Nobody has an opinion on it, we just don’t think about it at all.
