Has he dropped from top coach all time in your mind seeing his record after Brady left?

Brady leaving left a goat shaped hole on a already decent to bad roster(which was part of the reason he left). He’s still a all-time coach, but a bad GM, which is why people want to think he’s a worse coach then he is
