If I get the DT770s, and want to get an amp with it, cause they’re 250ohms, and then run it out of my goXLR mini and I’ll be using them with my PC, will I need to power the amp directly from my PC for me to get any audio from my PC? Or can I power it just from my power bar, and run the headphones through the goXLR mini and still get audio from my PC?

If the DT770s won't get loud enough on your goXLR mini, you would have to feed an amp with the headphone signal from this DAC. You could also just get the 80 Ohm DT770 to be on the safe side.

Yeah, but like if I get an amp, do I have to power it via my pc to get any audio from my PC? Or can I use both my amp and goXLR and power the amp from a power bar and it still work that way?

Don't worry about getting an amp until you have the headphones. They'll proably be fine with your goXLR.

It looks to me like the goXLR gets its power from the computer via USB.

If you can't get enough volume out of the goXLR then consider buying a headphone amp
