Thank you so much for your feedback! I will definitely improve the search, and will move the subscription form. I still haven't figured out the UI, but I'm improving it.

I will also fix the loading and tags on application cards. I planned not to have them clickable, but only display the application's tags, to not confuse users.

Having the tags clickable would be a nice feature, to allow users to list all apps with that tag.
