Telehealth.
I work for a US-based telehealth company which is, by definition, all managed remotely, and it's a sector that's booming currently coming off the back of covid so the salaries are excellent.
It's relatively easy to switch from pharma to healthcare if you already have a decent understanding of physiology, as the clinical application of a drug isn't that hard to pick up if you understand its MOA.
This can actually get you into serious legal trouble if you're working internationally. Really watch yourself with this.
