I work for a US-based telehealth company which is, by definition, all managed remotely, and it's a sector that's booming currently coming off the back of covid so the salaries are excellent.
It's relatively easy to switch from pharma to healthcare if you already have a decent understanding of physiology, as the clinical application of a drug isn't that hard to pick up if you understand its MOA.
This can actually get you into serious legal trouble if you're working internationally. Really watch yourself with this.

you can find a healthtech company to utilize your biomed research degree (sort of, maybe a bit related?) and marketing (every company needs marketing).
