Remember in the movie Whiplash when J.K. Simmons pauses band practice to force the three drummers to compete with one another until one of them can play the song on tempo? I imagine Bill doing the same thing with Mac, Zappe, and Will Grier. Hurling insults at them until one of them completes a simple timing route while the rest of the team just stands there watching.
