Should have done my research better when I replaced my Sony headphones in spring. Beats Studio Pro 3 kept shutting down in temperature around mid 20s Fahrentheit (-5 Celsius), with a bit of wind gusts (maybe 15-20 mph) after < 20 minutes...Battery was fully charged and was still in mid-90 % range once they'd turn on again inside. I see this has been a chronic problem for *years* with "recommended" responses in Apple Support citing default "battery not good in cold" and quoting Apple's recommendations about above freezing usage...now the temperature range you see cited for being over 32 F is even for iOS devices...clearly it doesn't truly apply to iPhones as I've never had issue in cold weather (imagine the uproar if iPhones wouldn't work at all in winter!), but this Beats thing is something else...never happened with Bose or Sony over-ear Bluetooth headphones...I'm starting to think "Designed in California" may be a boast worth revisiting.

Not even December and my $400+ headphones I've had since May look to be useless outdoors for months. Thanks, Apple.

Anyone else have these problems??

I actually really like the beats fit pro for exercising. Probably the only headphones I would bike or run with.
