I’ve said it before but people forget, historically MPJ is a really good shooter, and it’s why despite the slump his increased defense and rebounding is so hype-inducing. Because his shots WILL fall again, like they did last night, and he’ll keep defending and rebounding and suddenly he’s an All Star.

Jokic remains a god, Jamal remains the secret sauce that elevates the team, and while the regular season is whatever god help the teams that face a healthy Nuggets squad in the playoffs.

It was largely because of the third quarter, but games like this is why I won't give up on Jalen Green. When he's hot, he's as hot as anybody in the league and can do it at all three levels. It's just so frustrating how he's not a better finisher at the rim, bc he has the best first step in the game and is a walking paint touch. It's largely a matter of consistency and the game slowing down for him, and I think next season will finally be the year where it all comes together.

Sengun in a "bad game" posted 22-7-5, he's the best player from the 2021 class to me. You can make an argument for Franz, Scottie and Mobley, but I'm taking Alpy bc if I need a bucket down the stretch, he's the one I feel most confident on delivering.
