Thailand. Now this may rub people the wrong way because a lot of people like thailand (and yes, there are loads of 'normal tourists' there) but almost every (s)expat I've come across living there has been a sexual degenerate and/or misfit in western society. Their lives revolve around women and drinking.

(dis)honorable mention: Colombia, Phillipines, Cambodia. Lots of creepy motherfuckers descending on otherwise beautiful countries (which they've no real interest in seeing the sights of).

You forgot Kenya, Turkey and Marocco, where white liberal women go to have sex with black and brown young men for money, usually delighting in playing with them and treating them like less than dirt.
