I need a change of scenery. Where are a couple places I can go in Europe that's got good Internet and is signicantly cheaper than London?

Hi there, just checked with filter: Good Wifi, Co-Working, <2000 USD COL and min 10° C avg in Dec here:

It comes down mainly to different places in France, Spain and Portugal. If you have further preferences (beach, nightlife) you can add them and further drill down.
