I liked it, overall.
But I agree there are parts that felt a bit flat. I was rather surprised and excited about how Cowboy Dave was retconning the utter stupidity of ep 9...
explicit finale spoilers....
until the data banks were destroyed, the Empire seeming not following the 3 2 1 rule - shout out !selfhosted@lemmy.world - so the question of how the fuck we ended up with thousands of Palpatine clones is still a mystery box of shit writing.I'm expecting the final scene was to set up crossovers within other Dave-led productions, I'd presume time jump to Adult Omega is around the time of Rebels (5BBY, give or take), but how any of that will line up is beyond my best guess.
Ultimately, I'm going to miss this particular view in to the SW galaxy.
