Are you having a stroke?

I put the fuze on both sides, that way I always come out topped.

High accuracy, high precision. Zoned out at the mission briefing.

Why I hedge with "essentially everyone" because I know some obscure Literally Who is always going to be an exception.

This is a Senator firing an opening salvo with a vague threat of government action.

Warner also warned, somewhat ominously, that if Valve does not adopt industry-standard moderation practices—whatever that means—it will "face more intense scrutiny from the federal government for its complicity in allowing hate groups to congregate and engage in activities that undoubtedly puts Americans at risk."

Nothing has been done with government force, yet. Maybe he will drop it, maybe he won't, but at the moment I'm responding to a Senator floating the idea of using government power to wade into Steam forums.

I don't think anything good can come of the government deciding to crack down on Steam moderation in order to "save the children".

The current situation of Steam having a toxic forum community in places is better than whatever happens with "scrutiny".

If I may put on a tinfoil hat for a moment, this recent push to get Steam labeled as an extremist den that needs to be dealt with feels like yet another attack originating from competitors.

Wow this push against Valve kind of popped up quickly and suddenly didn't it?

Wow. And Paper Moon is legitimately one of my favorite episodes that doesn't get a lot of fanfare. Replacing Nog for Wesley mentally is something I can not conceive of in that.

Unbothered. Ventilated. Happy. In their lane. Focused. Hemorrhaging.

Admiral Janeway, please calm down.

TNT filler is very stable. It's fine. I mean, the grenades would not be great as hammers, but they won't explode at a touch.

Playing the haunted house in Curse of Strahd, and our party was tracking down "baby Walter" in the sub-basement.

We made it to a sacrificial alter, when a bunch of ghostly cultists appeared and demanded "One must die. One must die."

We have a magic using zombie in the party, which was hanging back in the hallway. The cast disguise self to look like a living person, got on the altar for one of the other party members to run them through with a sword. We figured the zombie could be the most convincingly dead, and even if the sword did damage it wouldn't for real kill them. For the deception check the DM had the zombie player roll, they got a nat 20, so the ruse worked and the zombie didn't take any damage at all. The table went wild at this.

The specters disappeared, and Walter appeared from the murky water.

As a human fighter, I jumped on his back, hanging on by digging one hand axe in, and stabbing at the tendrils holding the baby in place with the other.

The rest of the party tried o damage Walter. The zombie player tried to run past but got absorbed into Walter.

Everyone kept hacking at the Walter monster until finally our large half Storm giant monk, who had dropped his weapon, was able to reach in with his bare hands and rip baby Walter out of the core of the monster, causing the creature to collapse into gore and Walter to turn into dust.

When I was growing up, these seemed to be ubiquitous and I never liked them. They seemed overcomplicated for the purpose, and created a gross and smelly area under the sink that needed more cleaning.

I haven't had one in years, as a simple sink mesh does the same job. But I don't really know how other people are. Are under sink garbage disposals still common, and commonly actually used by people here?
