What a joke. Wherever the product was sold is what this should cover. Just another example of a broken ass system trying to push itself as legitimate and for the people.

That's what happens when states get to regulate these kinds of things. Notice it's mostly progressive states that this applies to. States that put laws on their books against this. The reason it doesn't count in those other states is because, for all intents and purposes, it was legal there.

People complain about California a lot, but this is what all of our "stupid useless laws" are for.

You're not wrong. Red states and their supporters have and continue to fuck themselves and then blame the feds because they have no idea how to distinguish state and federal politics.

Nah, it's gotta be those liberal "Consumer Protections" that take away the freedoms of those poor, multi-billion dollar businesses that are the problem.
