Dunno why you can't view the video. It's 13 seconds long, and he says:

"Would you rather have the black president or the white president who got 1.7 Billion off the price ... I think they want the white guy"

I don't know what price he's referring to (I'm not American).

I believe the quote and you, I just find that idiot so literally incredible, as in unbelievable, that I have to watch and say these stupid things in person.
