And what, you think Putin’s favorite Jill Stein would? Cornel West?

She came far and away the closest.

With a Bernie endorsement? Without democrats fighting to ban them from even being allowed to run? If progressive voters supported progressive candidates?

But nah, theres a photo of Jill and Putin in proximity of eachother. And you cant even bother to think of a reason to oppose West.

There was a zero percent chance them winning, Bernie endorsement or no.

There was a zero percent chance of Kamala winning. You cant hide behind that electability argument anymore because it turns out the candidate you supported wasnt "electable"

Oh but youll blame the voters for that one. If only they voted for your candidate they would have won. Well guess what happens if voters voted for my candidate? Yall held your nose and half assed supported a candidate none of you like. Like that was ever gonna beat Trump. Its gonna take genuine support, enthusiasm and belief for a candidate that supports the progressive policies all of us want.

lol, Harris had like a 100000000000 times better shot of winning than any third party candidate

You act like its a lottery instead of a decision voters are making. Anyone can have any odds of winning if the voters say so

And how many decades ago did a 3rd party get a single electoral vote?

[–] blazera@lemmy.world 0 points 5 days ago (1 children)

Yes i am talking about doing things differently than we have been. Its a normal thing in other countries to make such massive changes as electing different parties for the first time.

Ill continue fighting against you to make it happen

It’s not about me fighting a 3rd party candidate. It’s that it doesn’t work in first past the post elections. It’s rare they get even 5%.

Yeah youre showing the me the results of people like you fighting against 3rd party candidates.
