Shortly after the release of the TV show I realized that Fallout won't ever be what I hoped for again, and I've made my peace with the fact that it's going in it's own direction now. But I'd be damned if I didn't still yearn for what those older games had. Still haven't found something to fill that void. (Though a copious Fallout modding hobby certainly has helped me see a Fallout with some of those problems resolved.)
good call; I've got a few of them hidden away in my library, but haven't yet given them a proper go. I think I will, thanks.
