We could attach a choke collar to them to pull them away from politicians.

Except someone would have to stand there and hold it, that's too much work. Just tie it to a tree.

Except they would just untie it, so we'll have to tie it to a high branch.

Hey wait a minute, if we use a high enough branch, this problem solves itself!
