The best atmosphere in England is still not even top 100 atmospheres on the continent so it doesn't say much

But even then, there are much better atmospheres than City in lower leagues. PL stadiums are absolute libraries

Factual statement. They go harder at ymca basketball games in Bosnia than at anfield. This should be common knowledge

I’m not sure about that. The Newcastle home game against psg with the whole crowd making noise throughout the game beats a few thousand ultras behind a goal being told what to sing by a bloke with a microphone for me personally but the average atmosphere at a bundesliga game is superior to what most premier league games get.
