My mom told me at a young age that "the reward for a job well done is more work"
Drawing that line of responsibility and pay is a constant learning process. Saying no, not letting your ego drive you.
ALWAYS keep a copy of your job description handy
those 5% other duties and responsibilities should never be more then a few minutes a week and a couple hours a pay period
if they ever want to change your job description, you should get a raise out of it or you should use that as a indicator that your about to get fucked
Try justifying that in a technical field lol
