It's not 100% done, but about 99.9999% of the way there.

I thought Luka was great enough to lead Dallas to a title.

Then the Dallas front office just kept making worse decisions. Topped off with trading for AND RE-SIGNING World B. Flat.

If Doncic is still a Mav at this time next year, I will be very surprised.
