Just as the title says.

If Wemby is healthy all year, they will make the playoffs or the playin.

That dude is just amazing to watch and if everyone else steps up their game, they are going to be fun this year and surprise many record wise.

Let's go though the list again. In no particular order:

Nuggets, Suns, Lakers, Warriors, Grizzlies, Clippers, Kings, Timberwolves, Pelicans, Mavericks, Thunder. 11 that are vying for the playoffs with rosters to boot. Which two would you put the Spurs ahead of? Wemby can't play all 48 after all

Utah is vying for the playoffs too.

They likely won't make it, but they're sure gonna try.

I think they want to convey their pick to OKC this year so they don't have to the year after.

Pels and clippers could easily fall out due to injuries. Spurs sneak into 10th seed.
