Brighton remind me a lot of Southampton back in the day. Had a great team with Poch but when your coach and best players leave it’s hard to continuously replace key players and maintain that standard

I think it’s more the European campaign mixed in. Almost every single time a team gets Europe for the first time or first in a long time they struggle immensely.
