The best player in the NBA has been American forever. But since Giannis took over, the best player has not been American. The up and coming players with the potential to take the throne (Luka, Wemby) aren’t American either.

Why do you think this is the case? Who will be the next American player to become the best player in the NBA?

Embiid won the last MVP and is playing for USA as an American. This is your point isn't it?
