Its about the regulation of power plants, its nothing to do with AI.

The first item in the document basically says that if existing regulations stand in the way of AI supremacy, they must go. Boil the oceans.

There was exactly one regulation specifically targeting AI companies, a Biden executive order that Trump ended on his first day.

Basically they'll allow the use of LLMs in decision making even more. The chatbot kills people? Oopsie, you can't sue us, or you're breaking a federal law!
