For me it’s Derrick Rose’s career if he hadn’t been injured. The youngest mvp in history with some of the most electric basketball we’ve ever seen, it feels a little like robbery to have not been able to see that unfold.

But then beyond that, the entire landscape of the NBA shifts. Having won a chip, maybe Harden is more willing to deal with Kyrie’s unwillingness to be vaccinated and doesn’t ask for a trade. How would we view Giannis if he didn’t win that ring? What do the Sixers do with the Embiid/Simmons issue? So many things change because of the fallout from that series
