RJ Barrett was a mediocre athlete and didn't have the finesse or shiftiness to make up for it. He just looked clunky as fuck. He had no right hand. He was shooting 30% from 3 and 66% from the FT line. And the worst part was this dude was jacking up shots like there was no tomorrow even with Zion on his team. I had no idea how he was projected to be a star.

He was the 3rd overall pick and has been the 3rd/4th best player in that draft, he was objectively a no-brainer pick

He isn't better than any of Zion, Ja, Garland, Claxton, Johnson, Hachimura, Herro, Clarke, Washington, Williams or Poole; I dont think you're understanding the gravity of being bottom of the league efficient while playing behind an all NBA level forward and all star level guard. Honestly I wouldn't even take RJ on the Magic before Mann or Nassir Little
