What players who are considered busts or role players were screwed over by the team who drafted them? (alien.top)

I'm especially curious about the players who had high work ethic, no injuries, a good attitude, etc. Those who had everything going for them but the team who drafted them screwed them over by pairing them with lacking players, a poor environment, etc.

Jimmer was always bad. Going to Sac didn't help, but he was still bad. He had every opportunity to adapt to the NBA but he didn't do it. His return in Phoenix all but confirmed that
