What players who are considered busts or role players were screwed over by the team who drafted them? (alien.top)

I'm especially curious about the players who had high work ethic, no injuries, a good attitude, etc. Those who had everything going for them but the team who drafted them screwed them over by pairing them with lacking players, a poor environment, etc.

Sorry, read it as "were considered busts" and Billups was considered a bust. Yeah, Billups isn't a bust. Also not a hall of famer as yet, but definitely not a bust lol
