Conceptually, City Editions go against what I want in my jerseys anyways, so I don't expect much, which is why I'm shocked I'm even disappointed. They don't do much for me even when they're good, I'm not from the US, I don't hold any attachment to these cities. I like it when Jerseys represent what the team is meant to be about, y'know?
Like, if I'm watching a Bulls game I don't want to see a shirt with Bulls scribbled on it, give me some horns or a bull head or a matador design. Just something that makes me think "Bulls". This of course doesn't just go for the Bulls but for most teams in the league tbh. I'd personally rather they'd be goofy than bland, and recently, jerseys have been bland.
