What players who are considered busts or role players were screwed over by the team who drafted them? (alien.top)

I'm especially curious about the players who had high work ethic, no injuries, a good attitude, etc. Those who had everything going for them but the team who drafted them screwed them over by pairing them with lacking players, a poor environment, etc.

Adam Morrison got drafted into one of the least supportive NBA environments ever, aka Michael Jordans first few years as owner of the Bobcats. New head coach every year, management shakeups, definitely not set up to succeed
