I think being a leader is one of those things where you can lead in many different ways. I think, for me, I try to lead by example. I’ve had the opportunity now to go into this team (the Nets) and do that. So, I’ve been blessed with that opportunity and I think I’ve been a great leader so far.

nets have a lot of young players, so it makes a lot of sense that he is helping them.
