This season in particular it seems like there's way more refereeing incompetence and apologies. Seriously something has to be done because we might get away with it this time, then next time we'll get a red card for something completely dumb, and then another team gets it.

Meanwhile what repercussions do refs get? Good process, I'm sowwy uwu, probably taken off for several matches, at worst maybe never reffing that particular team's games anymore. I get that reffing isn't an easy job and human error still happens despite the tech, but surely it shouldn't be this bad.
