I sold my omega speedmaster last week through chrono24. I sold it at reasonable price as needed a quick sale. Now the buyer is saying they want to return it, as it losing too much time. How do I know they have changed any parts of the watch if I do accept the return?.

I’ve had this a couple of times and always got my money in the end. As you stated the seller has no obligation to accept a return.

I always make clear photos and a video of all working functions with a time stamp before sending the watch, just to prevent these arguments. And state that the watch is fully functional but might need a service, if it’s been a long time ago.

I would contact chrono, if not already, and explain that the watch is as described and you’re not willing to accept a return.
