Yes under there terms says the buyer is under no obligation to accept the return. However the money has gone to escrow and from what I have read could be stuck there until we come to an agreement.
I’ve had this a couple of times and always got my money in the end. As you stated the seller has no obligation to accept a return.
I always make clear photos and a video of all working functions with a time stamp before sending the watch, just to prevent these arguments. And state that the watch is fully functional but might need a service, if it’s been a long time ago.
I would contact chrono, if not already, and explain that the watch is as described and you’re not willing to accept a return.
