Heard an NPR interview today where they explained that Lebron was passing the mantle to him…..
The fact that this only has 50 upvotes shows how overrated he really is. I understand the hype but all that before playing in a game?
They’re gonna be real let down when his career doesn’t last 20 seasons or he doesn’t get blessed with 6 rings. He’s in the NBA at the same time as Jokic. At a hyper polarized time in general. There are also risk injuries with being that tall.
His team is also ass, there’s a reason they were the first pick. It’s hard winning a chip.
Fr people are already jumping to conclusions just from a few pre season games and him playing against 6'0 dudes overseas.
He’s a generational prospect, yeah. We haven’t seen a prospect as good as him since LeBron.
I feel like this is underrating Zion a little. Zion was a really, really, really good prospect. As good as they come. It's been a little lost in the cloud of his injuries unfortunately.
He's amazing. His potential for injury is also the highest for any player in NBA history.
It's always like this though. Remember when every single basket Chet made was front page NBA Reddit in his preseason? It's a cycle every single year
