That’s a foul anywhere else in the pitch so by law it should be a pen, but it does feel soft to give

Always feels worse when it's facing away from the goal. The same foul if Rodri is facing towards goal and takes a touch forward before getting stamped on even though both are a penalty by the laws of the game
