I am always suspicious of any vaccine showing 100% efficacy.

I'm not sure what they mean there, but I skimmed the article last night and I believe it said there was a reduction in tumor size. So if they mean that happened in all patients, that's not particularly suspicious. They're not claiming that the cancer went poof in everyone.
