What are your favorite tips to use for the Truthear Hexa? (alien.top)

I’m planning on picking up the Hexa sometime soon as my very first pair of IEMs but I’ve heard that the physical comfort can be a hit or miss so I’m wondering what other tips people use to make them a more enjoyable experience. Thanks!

You can buy a set of KBEAR07 they are cheap, come in 5 sizes and silicone quality is a definite improvement over stocks tips, they have a narrow-ish boar so slightly more bass (but I honestly can't tell much difference).
