We talk so much about boom or bust with draft picks but I would also be interested to somehow learn more about the other side of the process aka what teams do or donβt do well to support and develop their draft picks. I know the NBA has rookie programs on things like now to not spend all their money but I would be curious to see what support systems various teams put in place and what the most important factors to those are.
