[Zenith] Why is the brand so unpopular? (alien.top)

I’m not talking about that people don’t like it, because they do. But looking in sales, I would expect a brand like zenith to at least be in top 20, but they’re far off. Why is that? I see them as an Omega-like brand, not a small brand.

It's a combination of obscurity among non-enthusiasts and higher prices. At those price levels, the normal audience would go for a more known brand like Omega.

Don't get me wrong, Zenith prices are usually more than justified by the quality, but if they were to enter a lower price bracket (Oris/Longines/Mido, to make examples) they would definitely get more attention, in my opinion.
