I have a pair of dynamic headphones, I sweated on the exposed drivers various times in the hot summer. (alien.top)

does a small amount of sweat corrosion on the drivers from being sweated on for a while not impact longevity of the drivers in the long run as long as they're still functional and the individual doesn't sweat on them again in the future?

Nah, you will be fine. About five years ago I bought B&W P9 with retail price of 900 eur. Two years later I started to use them on my bike rides.. 150, 200km long bike rides and they re still fine to this day.
