Yup. Unless Tylenol and vaccines can time travel and edit human DNA they are not the cause. (of they could do all that, we have way bigger issues to deal with.) The only difference now is diagnosis and we're not leaving "imperfect" children to die in the woods.

Tylenol was first appeared in the timeline in 1955... the same year Marty McFly time traveled to.
