Am i missing something or is the buzzer the shot clock and there is actually more than 20 seconds left of the match but everyone is acting like its over?

Yes but his team is just slowly walking back towards their side of the court, opponents toss the ball in quickly and the dude runs up and shoots from half court.

Was a timeout called or something?
